I agree with other dissatisfied customers. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. I returned a phone which was signed for at their end. I have documentary proof. I ordered a different iPhone. Still not received and my refund hasn’t been issued. Unless something drastic happens I am finished with Smart Cellular. Totally disgruntled customer. Nothing to recommend them.

Good quality phone and customer service are friendly. Delivery was not next day and tracking could have been more detailed for security, but overall I'm happy

Disgraceful service. I ordered a phone on March 26th and since then I’ve received FOUR bogus emails claiming the item has been dispatched—not a single one included a tracking number. Total lies. You’ve taken my money and given me nothing in return. To make things worse, your customer service is a joke—no one picks up, no one responds. I’m done being patient. I’ll be reporting this to Action Fraud and spreading the word. People deserve to know what kind of scam you’re running.

We bought a iphone 13 in printine condition and the phone is indeed in perfect condition. My son is very happy with our purchase. No issues with battery life, the camera is superb - seems to be better than my iphone 14 for some reason! The communication during ordering has been great. They let us know when there was a slight delay and the phone arrived within the time frame expected.

I had a really difficult time with smart cellular but I did receive a good phone so it’s a mixed review. The phone was ordered and I received an email the next day saying it was being posted and would be here in a few days. No phone arrived, but I was advised via Royal Mail tracking it had been delivered - not to my house - I called customer services and after a few attempts spoke to someone who was lovely, apologised and said it wasnt my phone there had been a glitch on system and my phone would be on its way and with me by end of week. End of week and still no phone, called again and was told that there was a delay on shipping but would be with me by end of next week - end of week still no phone - called up and given the option of cancelling for full refund or waiting for the phone. I chose a full refund, they then said I had to email them asking for full refund - I did that immediately and received no confirmation that they would pay or by when, I chased and received no reply. The phone then arrived 4 weeks late. I kept the phone for one of my other children and the phone itself was exactly as described and is in very good condition hence why the score is higher than a 1, also the staff I spoke were always super polite and tried to be helpful, but the reality is I had to chase all the time, there was no communication from the company and it was quite stressful when it didn’t need to be.

Order placement and delivery was all fine. Phone in very good condition, apart from small chip on one side, which is now hidden by the case. Good battery condition and good price.

Purchasing a new phone was easy as the website allows to search for ‘pristine’. Chose one and received within the week, as described and happy with it. Got much better offer for my old phone off my local trading shop so glad I went with that.

Given that they have failed to provide my refund 13 working days after discussing it and telling me it would take up to 10 working days, and given that they rarely answer emails and don’t answer their phones, I can only assume this is a con outfit that should be avoided at all costs. Either that or they’re incompetent at running a company. AVOID!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY!! They refuse to talk over the phone and will only settle for emails back and forth until it comes down to payment then they’ll call you. This whole experience has been so long winded, the staff are incompetent and do not care about their customers at all. I sent up one of the newer phones IPhone 13 Pro, I even spent £140 to get the camera and lense fixed GENUINE. They offered me £125 all because it has a couple scratches on the screen. It’s classed as “poor” which is absolutely false! ‘Fast and instant cash’ what a joke, a week later and I’m still waiting for money from my phone. If you want to waste a week of your life chasing a company, go ahead. But otherwise run for the hills!!!

This is my second purchase from Smart cellular first one three years ago good service then good service now a reasonable price and delivered within a couple of days so I’d be more than happy to recommend this company. This one I bought for my wife..

I have just bought two reconditioned iPhone 13 from smart cellular one for me and one for my wife. My wife is to replace the one that she bought three years ago had absolutely no problems with the One bought three years ago hence why I’ve been ordering a game from them Would have no hesitation in recommending them. I couldn’t find a cheaper price anywhere else and the delivery was Wendy stated a couple of days later a lady from customer services phoned me and asked me if everything was okay. I obviously answer was yes everything’s fine so once again yes I would recommend this company.
