“Do not sell your phone with this company. I got a high for my iPhone and sent it to them and they actually lost my phone in their warehouse and when they eventually found my phone they made bs and said my phone wasn’t working and lowered the price a lot. It took me almost 10 days to get through to someone to get my phone sent back to me and then they wanted me to pay Post & package! Customer service 0 stars! Think again if u want to use this company!”
“Customer service diabolical as can be seen in the chat transcript and emails. Took forever to answer and then in appalling English and unfinished sentences. I also had an email saying delays were due to Covid and the recorded message when telephoning also blamed Covid for there being no available to answer (it is 2023). I ordered a red phone which should have been delivered within a few days, today after nearly 2 weeks of trying to trace my order (having paid £700) I received a call saying there was only blue. I am not really that bothered about the colour but was so disgusted with the whole experience that I have requested my order be cancelled. I just hope this is dealt with more efficiently and my money is refunded forthwith.”
