“AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
Ordered phone on 26th July.
1 Week later and no sign of phone being dispatched, no updates, nothing.
Have to contact customer support via email who inform there's a delay with the phone, could arrive this week or next, which is just not acceptable. They're selling phones they don't even have access to.
When challenged about this, they suddenly offer a different phone and assure that it's being dispatched the same day (3rd August) and will arrive next day (4th August) with Royal mail tracking details to be provided via text and mail.
Surprise Surprise, No tracking received.
Try contacting via the phone, they never answer the phone. Send email, no response.
So word of warning to anyone thinking about using this Smart Cellular.
If your order doesn't proceed as it should, be prepared for lies and excuses as to why the phone you've already paid for 10 days previously hasn't arrived.”
