Ordered an iPhone 12, took a few weeks to arrive and it when it did finally arrive it was the wrong model and colour. I returned it.
It took 12 weeks of constant emailing asking when I would be refunded. I kept getting asked if I could send proof of receipt which I did a total of 5 times (was sent special delivery so I provided tracking number and person who signed for it).
It has been a nightmare getting any assistance, just being asked to prove return and that the issue would be escalated. A constant loop.
I finally got a refund but it took 12 weeks of emailing almost daily. The company has no working phone number to contact and speak to someone so emailing is the only option.
Do NOT use this business unless you have a lot of time to spare to fight to get your money should you not be happy with your purchase.”

“Sent my phone in October. They say they have not received it despite me providing proof of delivery. They owe me over £600 and will soon owe court costs and interest too. When they do reply to emails (which is rarely) i get no updates. They say they have claimed via royal mail (even though there is proof of delivery) but this was over 30 days ago and still nothing. “Please avoid these cowboys. They offer the best price on the net (£548) for an iPhone 13 pro max 256gb and promise to refund the postage. I paid £8.15 to send, then they email to say my phone is not in good condition and offer £180. I asked for photos to show the marks they mention and they do not send. Now to send my phone back they insist I have to pay another £8.15 to post back. I have photographic evidence there were no marks on the phone when i sent it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”
