Refurbished iPhone 13 superb buy,great price ,customer service was good as a slight delay in getting it dispatched due to new iPhone 16 coming out but worth the wait as same phone elsewhere was £70 more expensive,so really pleased with phone

Phone looks good with very few scratches or blemishes. Delivery took a little longer than anticipated, but still within a week

When my iPhone and watch arrived they were superb and way beyond my expectations. However it took three weeks and some frustrating attempts to contact them. I wouldn't have minded the wait if they had kept me informed. Bought the same combination for my wife via Amazon, same quality, buy arrived the next day.

Great service, best price around and phone was of excellent quality. It did come without a charging cable though so I have had to get intouch with customer service. Quick response but still waiting for cable to arrive.

I’m always nervous using a company i haven’t before and spending a considerable amount online. But I needn’t have been. I asked for a Pristine iPhone 13 and that’s exactly what I got. It looks new and works as expected. Because Smart Cellular used Royal Mail, when I had to go away over the period it arrived I was able to select for my local office to hold it. The only thing that wasn’t perfect, hence only 4 stars, was I got a gold coloured phone having asked for Graphite and no explanation. But as it is in a case where the colour isn’t visible I didn’t go back to the company. I am a happy customer

Phone is great, really quick service and delivery. Didn't come with a charging cable though or any note to say why so I have had to chase this up with customer services.

I bought my Samsung S24 from Smart Cellular at a really good price, and it arrived well packed. The only negative was the length of time it took to receive the order, although Frankie in customer service was very quick to respond to my emails whenever I requested an update

The price was reasonable for an iPhone 11 which is totally unmarked.delivery was fairly quick.hopefully the phone will last for a long time

It was a great experience shopping with smart cellular. The iPhone 12 looks great, there is a small visible mark on one side which I wasn’t expecting having ordered an excellent condition, also the iPhone gift box bought as extra was an iPhone 11 instead of iPhone 12, hence the 4 star review. After sales support was great, swift responses on both chat and email. The delivery time was great arrived when I needed this as this was a birthday gift. Overall, great experience and I will definitely shop again and recommend to others.

Ordered refurbished i phone. Delivery on website states within 2-3 working days but will be despatched in 24 hours. Email then received with ‘updated’ current delivery timescales for their store as being 3-5 working days but have not been changed on the website so totally misleading. Maximum of 5 working days would be tomorrow but no indication item been despatched. No-one answers the phone, says in a queue then that no-one available, no response to emails. V poor and disappointing. Have requested refund, though only way to do so is by email and now will have to await someone to respond! Have had much better experience buying refurbished phones smoothly and efficiently from elsewhere.

I purchased an iPhone which was described as being in pristine condition, however the phone that was sent had scratches over the screen. So obviously I was not happy, as it was meant to be a present. In fairness to Smart Cellular they replaced the phone with a pristine one.
