“Do not sell your phone with these guys, or at least attempt to!
Firstly, they completely ignore their own requirements when inspecting your phone, so don’t listen to how they describe the condition of the phone!
Secondly, they don’t even send your phone back once it doesn’t meet their ‘made up’ standards… I’ve got an expensive phone due back to me and so far no sign of it, or any correspondence confirming when my phone will be sent back to me, so they’ve as good as stolen my phone!
An awful experience, that I’m hoping ends sooner rather than later by my phone returning.
