“Do not buy from them. Have been waiting for 4 weeks for delivery of phone after h being told on several occasions that it has been dispatched or that it will be on it's way in the next few days. Can't call customer service because there is never an answer and don't reply to messages that are left. Email them and when they eventually reply' get lied to about delivery. After the first week was asked if I would accept a different colour handset which they would dispatch for next day delivery because they didn't have the colour that I ordered even though they were still selling the one I originally ordered on the website. I accepted the offer and got a message 2 days later saying the phone had been dispatched and was given a tracking number but the phone was never given to royal mail so the tracking info just kept saying we are expecting your item from the seller. Messaged customer services again and was told that the phone would be delivered by the end of the next week or at the latest the middle of the week after. Didn't arrive again and was messaged by a customer service representative called Claire Reed asking if I was happy with my purchase and that I could claim a free pair of ear pods if I emailed customer service and asked. Also asked if I would leave a review. Replied to Claire Reed telling her that I hadn't received my phone yet and that I would be leaving a negative reveiw due to the awful service I had received so far. She replied asking for my telephone number so that she could phone me the day after to try and resolve the issue. I gave it to her but as you can probably guess, Claire Reed didn't bother to call. An absolute sham of a company employing useless liars that treat customers like dirt. I have had to open a dispute with Klarna to get my payment back and I have also been in touch with BBC watchdog about this company and by the sound of it, I'm not the only one who has had these kind of issues so do yourself a massive favour and stay well clear of these charlatans. Would give them a minus star review if I could. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH.”
