“Terrible experience with this order. Phone was delivered late. They clearly didn’t have the phone in stock, even though their website still has it showing as available.
When the phone arrived, it wasn’t as described all scratched down either side. Ear speaker volume was too low, unable to hear anything. Phone was posted back the very next day. I received confirmation from Royal Mail that the phone was signed for on Monday 27th. I’ve still not heard from them regarding my refund. Terrible customer service from start to finish.
Their website says all the right stuff. But it’s all for show. As they’ve failed on every thing the website promises.
Please don’t make the mistake I did, and shop elsewhere”

This is the third used phone I have purchased, previously from BackMarket.
I bought the phone over the Black Friday period which is busy for online sellers.
It took roughly a week for the phone to arrive despite the estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. After 3 days I contacted customer service who replied promptly and kindly with what would be the tracking number for delivery once dispatched. The next day the tracking number was live and the phone was delivered within the following day by Royal Mail. - perfect.
I read some reviews before purchasing so had an idea that the estimated delivery was not going to be realistic.
People who leave negative reviews due to impatience - Were it a new phone which would be in stock and not need any checks or packaging work I would expect a fast delivery.
Remember you are purchasing a used phone which needs a lot more work than just buying a packaged factory sealed device!
Been using the phone for 2 weeks, its perfect. Battery capacity is almost 100% which is amazing for a used phone (having bought used phones before).
All in all a great experience, highly recommended :)”

“I ordered a pristine condition IPhone 13 and when I received this all the screen had scratches on it and a massive deep wide scratch in the bottom of the screen. I was told to return this I had to pay postage and claim it back from them which has taken me 5 days to get this back even though I returned the phone in less than 24 hours and have proof they delivered it back to them. Still waiting for the £440 refund, but the customer service was shocking. Phone line cuts you off, emails get responded to days later and the same information is requested multiple times even though it is already in the email thread that they can see and chat went unanswered for hours and sometimes days. Sorry but won’t be using this company again.”
