“ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS joke of a so called company, sold my phone to these cowboys got an email after I sent my device to them saying my offer had be revised and they took £400 off my offer of my immaculate I phone, declined offer and paid for my device to get returned, that was well over 8 weeks ago and have ignored every email I have sent asking where my device is, nothing but thieves, trading standards and the police will be getting informed, avoid these cowboys like the plague.”

Nobody will answer the customer service support phone - I might venture this is because they are too busy with so many upset customers.
