“I had never bought or heard of Smart Home Sounds had always bought from a well known online retailer, but this company had a good price on an item I was looking to buy so thought I would buy from them, the item was delivered very quickly the emails kept me up to date from ordering to the item being delivered I would not hesitate to buy from this company again when looking for an item online, and I can honestly highly recommend them to anybody looking to buy online”

“I ordered a Sonos surround system “which is brilliant by the way” with very little fuss. It was despached on time and communication was excellent throughout. It arrived on time and well packaged. In conclusion I will be ordering from Smart Home Sounds again.”

“My expierience with SHS has been awesome! Purchased a pair of Sonos era 100 speakers, (brilliant by the way) A lot of hifi shops have a lot to learn from SHS....... Outstanding customer service, after sales and technical support. They are on a completely different level. Will definately use SHS again 11 out of 10 Keep up the good work. John.”
