“Great product, great value, great customer service. I bought an Audio-Technica + Edifier Turntable packages for my grandson, but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong speakers. When I called customer services they were really helpful and changed the speakers. The boxes were delivered the next day and my grandson is delighted with his first record player and it seemed only fair for me to buy another one for my granddaughter.”

“The product was out of stock and Tom phoned me to say that as soon as it was back in stock they would inform me. This was done promptly and the price was matched. Delivered the next day. 6 years warranty. What else can one ask?”

“I've bought 3/4 items from Smart Home Sounds over the last few years, including a Sonos Roam I bought over 5 years ago. It developed a fault and i returned it last week. They processed/checked it super quickly and sent me a new replacement via DPD next day - all due to their (free) 6 year warranty. Awesome service. I'll only buy Sonos kit from them going forwards now! thank you all,”
