“Record player was at a better price with smart home sounds than anywhere else. Delivery was quick and smart home sounds kept me well informed with delivery progress throughout. Very happy with the product, It arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. I will definitely buy from smart home sounds again in the future, great service absolutely no complaints”

“Products aside (which are top notch of course), the measure of a business is in how they treat their customers. As a newbie, I had lots of questions. SHS were prompt, courteous, patient, and gave me great advice. They even threw in a discount code! The next time I’m in the market for new equipment, I won’t be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend.”

“Some of the best customer service I've ever had!!! I booked in for a showroom visit to have a look at a few soundbars. I went with the Devialet Dione, as I felt that was the best overall soundbar that I tested. However, when I got home and had it set up, it really didn't live up to what I was hoping for, and for that much money, I was very disappointed with it. I emailed Amelia, who I'd been in the showroom with to say how disappointed I was with it. As it was, she said there was a new Sonos Arc Ultra that had just been announced! After a week or so, I popped back over to their showroom to try it out, and it was fantastic! I swapped my Devialet Dione for it and even got the Era's 300 for the same price! They couldn't have made it any easier!!! It was no hassle at all. I even ended up purchasing an ex demo TV from them too, which they packaged up really well for me. Couldn't recommend these guys, and Amelia enough! Thank you so much, I'll definitely be coming back and recommending you to anyone!”

“I was extremely impressed with the whole process. I emailed Smart Home sounds asking who the carrier is that they use. They came back within the hour with the answer (DPD) along with a money off code. I placed the order and the speaker ( the superb Sonos Arc Ultra) arrived the next morning at 9-30 in perfect condition. Will definitely use them again.”
