“I've bought 3/4 items from Smart Home Sounds over the last few years, including a Sonos Roam I bought over 5 years ago. It developed a fault and i returned it last week. They processed/checked it super quickly and sent me a new replacement via DPD next day - all due to their (free) 6 year warranty. Awesome service. I'll only buy Sonos kit from them going forwards now! thank you all,”

“Sonos Arc Ultra Purchase. I had read reviews and seen many many YouTube videos. One that really stood out from the crowd was the Smart Home Sounds YouTube product reviews. They were of real quality, professional ,and the products they reviewed gave a welcomed balanced opinion rather than pushing to buy the products from them. Their website enhanced this experience. I discovered they had a new branch open in Cheltenham. Walking in, first impressions it was clear to see the Branch was cut above the regular High St crowd of electronic shops (including John Lewis). It was a joy to be in the Branch and Oozed real class with quality products. I was seen by Rakesh , the Branch Manager . I was kindly given a coffee on my arrival from their in house Coffee Shop. Rakesh and his team were very professional as he gave me a listening experience of the Arc Ultra- and it didn't disappoint ! Being a lovely environment in the first place, Rakesh took care of my purchase with a good deal in a very professional relaxed manner - Thankyou! As was expected , the Sonos Arc Ultra is great listening experience and at some point will be back to the store to complete the surround sound purchase, but for me the customer service journey from their YouTube videos and website experience , to their amazing new Branch Store and a real personalised customer service experience leaves a lasting impression for wanting to come back. “Ordered a Sonos Sub 4 on a Saturday. Not only did I get it during the sale, managed to get a small extra discount and they still delivered it for free, arriving with me at 9.10 on Sunday morning. Amazing. They are always very professional and friendly on the phone and I do recommend viewing their very informative YouTube videos. I will use again when the time comes. Top notch service.”
