“Not great service - ordered Tuesday 5pm with next day delivery, expected delivery Thursday. Phoned Thursday as no updates, told couldn't initially find TV, would be despatched that day. TV then sat at Courier depot from Friday, till delivery on Monday. Next day delivery was refund.”

“I recently purchased a pair of Sonos Era 300s and stands from Smart Home Sounds, and I have been incredibly impressed with the service I’ve received. The price was fantastic, particularly for the clearance Era 300s, which arrived in immaculate condition and looked brand new. There was unfortunately an issue with the stands, with some paint peeling on both of them. However, this is where Smart Home Sounds really stood out. They acted immediately to arrange replacements and have been dealing directly with the manufacturer to get everything resolved. What has impressed me most is the communication. They have kept me informed every step of the way and regularly checked in with me without me ever having to chase them. That level of customer care is becoming increasingly rare. Problems can happen with any purchase, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters, and Smart Home Sounds have been exceptional. The combination of a fantastic price and genuinely first-class customer service has made this a great experience. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I would have no hesitation recommending Smart Home Sounds.”
