“My first experience with Smart Home Sounds has been five star the entire way and in every aspect. They were the cheapest, the quickest and their bundles for turntables and speakers were helpful for people starting out. It was a really fast delivery and the equipment is top quality and well packaged too. They also kept a good amount of contact regarding my order and delivery so I was always up to date with my order. They won on the value for money as they sold the same equipment I was looking for but at a cheaper price and still added a bit of money off for my first time using them. I really can only sing their praises and thank them for giving me a wonderful buying experience. One which has made me extremely likely to use them again in future and to recommend them to anyone else. I'm glad to have stumbled upon them in my search because they really were and are the best of the bunch for what I needed. Thank you Smart Home Sounds.”

“My old Rega Planar 3 turntable, after thirty years needed replacing, and I chose a Rega Planar 2 after doing some research. I bought the Planar with the factory fitted stylus upgrade, which has turned out to be a very good decision. Ordering was easy, delivery fast, and very well packaged. The turntable is superb, and on balance I think just as good as my old Planar 3, infact, in some ways superior. The finish in black is stunning, and it's noticeably lighter as well. Definitely recommended.”

“Hi , I enquired about a pair of 5 MT long QED XT40i speaker cables and much to my suprise they replied to my enquiry by return. I say I was surprised because I was expecting no replies because no other local hi fi shop had the courtesy to reply. I use to sit on the fence regarding the benefit of hi fi cables but I was genuinely impressed by the benefit to my system. I listen to music and cannot say I am a audiofile but these cables cease to amaze me. I have a Yamaha AS501 amplifier that had a few button that did very little with my old Cambridge Audio cables but now clearly using improve the sound using the QED cable.”

“Simply the best service I've experienced in a long time. Every person I spoke to was a genuine subject matter expert who took the time to understand what I needed. They offered honest, knowledgeable advice rather than trying to give me a sales pitch. Although I didn't end up buying from them because they couldn't source the product I wanted in the correct colour, they were completely upfront and helpful throughout the process. It's refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values customer service and expertise over simply making a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smart Home Sounds and would happily use them in the future.”

“After watching many YouTube videos including smart home sounds specialist .I decided to upgrade my arc ultra by adding 2 era 300's rears before adding a subwoofer . Wow the guys were right and the 300's made a massive difference which instantly made my jaw drop and my ears went into overdrive. Thanks for the recommendation and super service ordered Saturday arrived Sunday 5* Once I have the funds I will be adding a subwoofer however believe me the era 300s are magnificent with the arc ultra.”

“Emailed Smart Home Sounds to see if they would price match a sonos Ark Ultra soundboard and sub 4. They were really quick to respond and agreed to do so. Callus was great and I purchased straight away. It was delivered the next day. What a great company to deal with. I was kept informed via email with hints and tips on how to set it up. I will be adding to my new system when I have the funds. Really impressed thank you, Smart Home Sounds.”
