“Excellent communication and customer service. Dealt with Amelia via email who was really efficient and helped me choose the right product. Devialet Dione is out of this world. I’ve listened to various soundbars and decided on this without hearing it. So glad I did, definitely don’t need a subwoofer as it states and I’ve never heard sound like this from a soundbar. Unreal quality and would highly recommend this product! Thanks to Smart Home Sounds for a great experience!”

“I needed a new pair of Sony Linkbuds as my existing pair had started losing their charge. These buds have been sensational &, with their open design, are the first I've ever ridden my bike with. I found Smart Home Sounds after a Google search. The website looked professional, their price was the best plus they gave me an extra £10 off. I ordered on a Thursday & they arrived the next day. Great service. I'll definitely look at them again when I need some more sound tech.”

“Helpful product review by Smart Home Sounds on YouTube led me to purchasing two Sonos Era100 speakers. Excellent website and discounted price resulted in the order I placed. Communication regarding order progress and projected delivery slot the next day was first class. Would definitely purchase from Smart Home Sounds again. Hot Tip: If you experience issue with the frustrating Sonos iOS App upgrade, that is not compatible with all iPad's, downloading the Sonos App to an Android device instead resolves the issue.”

“Bought two era 100 speakers from SHS. Used online chat first and the person was very helpful. Then bought them for a cracking price. Delivery was prompt and speakers are awesome as using them with my beam 2 for surround sound and they do not disappoint”
