“I purchased a 5 litre snow foam amd I am well happy with it.The only thing I was dissapointed with is that I paid the £4.95 for next day delivery and I never recei ed it until 2 days later.”

“Quick delivery, good range of quality products! Received wrong size t-shirt, wished the customer service had of helped a little more rather than leaving up to me to decide what to to about the situation, didn't really offer many suggestions”

“Website is slow, I selected large in all polishes I ordered but upon completing it somehow swapped it out for the smaller ones. Shall have to rebuy individually”

“Delivery service was excellent but purchases not as good very miss leading spent over 50.00 to get the January 15 percent off but once that’s taken off you pay for delivery so not so much odd 3.00 wouldn’t have ordered if I knew thsts all was off”

“Originally had problems logging in. But eventually that got sorted. Food range of products at what seem to becreasonable prices. Sadly can't comment on delivery or packing as parcel has not been delivered yet. I have a 'missed delivery card' though. Even though I was at home all morning and requested it be left at the back of the house if no one was in.”

“Was very happy with the service I received but one thing when I placed my order it said free uk delivery £50 or over but when checked out it charged £7.50 to get it even though I'm still in the uk so it should have said just mainland U.K.”

“Choice of products is great and prices are very good, but when you pay for next day delivery and it takes 2, it kind of annoys you. Won't stop my buying from them again, but I couldn't believe it when my parcel didn't turn up when requested.”

“They were out of stock on one of the items I ordered (250ml menzerna compound) . I had a phone call asking if I would pay £14 more and get the larger bottle instead. I didn't want to pay any more so they sent me a different 250ml compound. Although I am happy with the products I received, I'm not overly impressed with Slims. I thought it was cheeky of them to ask me to pay more, as it wasn't my fault they didn't have the stock to fulfill my order. Something as simple as a cheap air freshener included in my order as a little apology would have gone a long way. I'm not sure I will purchase from them again.”

“First time purchaser: Everything ordered came through OK but one of the spray pump bottles did not work properly and was leaking all over the place and I was unable to stop it!! I returned the pump and thought that at this point I would be refunded but I was told it was working fine and they returned it to me. On its return it did work perfectly so I assume it was just swapped. Another item I ordered: A manual spray bottle (came without the bottle) - you have to look closely at what you are buying as the picture on the website was of a the bottle and the hand spray (that twists on to the bottle) - what good is that to me??? All in all, and even with a bit of communication with their sales dept, I will be looking elsewhere for my detailing products. I don't have the time to waste to scrutinise their description to make sure the pictures show the correct product and if I return something I don't expect a quibble - just my money back - no questions asked. This would have saved me from looking elsewhere as there are so many other companies selling the same product.”

“Recently placed a order for a detailing kit, the web site said everything was in stock, the following day I received a call telling me the orbital polisher was not available and I was offered another machine and this would be £10 cheaper, reluctantly I accepted the machine... The order was a day late in coming but it was very well packed and the txt notifications is great. Never received the £10 refund........”
