“I didn’t get an email back after sending an inquiry and I was charged postage after it said I’d get it free, but the products are always good and packaged well”

“I maybe should have given 5 stars but then Sim's wouldn't have anything to strive for. Always room for improvement however, I have no detrimental comments to make. The standard and quality of their products are fantastic and their order delivery time is equally so.”

“Timely delivery. Cleans well. Lightweight, but heavy once mop head wet. Like most adjustable poles, it slips and shortens during use, so avoid extending where possible.”

“Good buying experience, the first time using Slim's. Only problem was that when the parcel arrived, the box was nearly fully open along the top. Having checked the contents fortunately they were all there, I was very surprised as anyone could have removed them easily.”

“The polisher was delivered on time and I am very pleased with it. I only ordered the polisher as I rang for some advice on the 1st october on Polishing Pads, Compunds etc, but the gentleman on the phone said he didnt really know much about the products and he was on his own so someone would call me back. Unfortunately I didnt receive a call so I have ordered these products elsewhere.”

“Single item order was despatched quickly and arrived well packaged and intact. All good. The courier sent numerous messages informing that it would arrive by 12.50 on Thursday, it got to me around 14.00 on the Friday, whilst I wasn't home, and left on the drive in full view. Looking forward to using the product.”

“Great range of detailing products from top brands, all at credible prices with a very good delivery turnaround, I would’ve given a 5 star review only I called to ask for an approximate delivery date for my order and I was told by the person I spoke to he would call me back only I never received a call back, however, I received my order the day after so all is good now.”
