“I don't understand the relationship with Morelli but I was trying to order 3M materials for polishing my boat and could not order everything from Slim's so ordered some from there and some from Morelli. It would so much more sense for one group to stock all the 3M products. What we did order was fine.”

“My order was shipped quickly, arrived next day and well packed. Prices all competitive so all good there. However I decided to take advantage of the Halloween promotion which was 10% off and then for hitting certain spending amounts then got a free air freshner, mousepad and a sample Carpro bottle. With the website saying if you put in the notes the Carpro sample you'd like they'd try and pick that depending on stock. I had put in the order notes that ideally I'd have liked one of two different options. Both were showing in stock on the website (and I would have purchased one if it wasn't for the offer). But unfortunately a different one was picked. I did then email just asking if my notes did come through, but just got back a reply saying they're picked at random and no choice is given. Despite the website saying to put your preferences in the notes. After querying that I didn't hear anything further. Whilst then I was advised I could order with the same 10% off the shipping on the £3.60 sample is a fiver so not really worth it. Just a tad shame, if support just said the notes were missed or didn't come through it'd have been fair enough.”

“Your delivery comosny needs a serios proding as it has not arrived yet. I has advised delivery should have been wednesday then thursday and now friday. I would change it if i were you”

“Good selection of items and competative prices. Items were delivered fairly quickly and in good condition (well packaged). Good communication regarding shipping and item tracking. Slims let down by shipping an incorrect item. Orderd 1 brand/type of grit guard and received a different one at a similar price!”

“Great delivery but poor customer service, after receiving a bottle of Koch Chemie WG , No spray nozzle was sent in box , after contacting Slims they stated a nozzle would be despatched but sadly never arrived, contacted Slims again but never got a reply even after I stated the Fed Ex delivery was not my address But have still purchased from Slims , one bad experience can’t put me off but saddens me that couldn’t even reply”

“Had a problem with FedEx delivery which ended with me having to go to the FedEx depot and pick the parcel up. I called several times to talk to someone but kept being transferred to your Enfield depot that didn’t really know anything about the order also I had to call in order for the parcel to be sent.”

“First order with slims detailing, delivery was very quick, I ordered nattys paste wax white and nattys paste wax red turned up, I emailed slims detailing explaining that I ordered white paste and what was the difference in the 2 , but 4 days later I’m still waiting a reply,”

To answer your question, Natty's Paste Wax red that you received provides protection and shine to all colours of car – the same applies to Natty's white, with the only difference being that the white makes light colours and metallic flake pop that bit more. Natty's Paste Wax white appears to be sold out on the distributor's website, so the red paste wax would have been a substitution to what you originally ordered from us. “Delivery was quick Web site great I already new the products were good But the only problem was the lid on the “ touch on” was loose and it leaked all over the packaging And because my daughter took delivery in the morning it leaked all over the wood floor as well”

“Great quality product that was assembled a bit sh”t. The quarter inch attachment wasn’t properly secured so when I used it I was drenched through straight away. Wasn’t happy. I had tried tightening first but still leaked. HOWEVER, PTFE tape stopped this. Now it’s sorted it’s perfect. Will be used on all Large Vehicles that I Valet/ detail. Thanks!”

“Pleased with how fast it come and the extra goodies in the box from the 10years anniversary. But the box turned up at my door soaking wet and stinking of fallout remover. And my 5ltr bottle of korrosol lid was loose and leaked everywhere. Not ideal after spending £120+”

“Unfortunately I can’t leave a review because I wasn’t able to collect my purchase, I had it diverted to a local collection point because I wasn’t going to be in when fedex said they was going to deliver, I went to the collection point and they said they didn’t have it.”

“Dispached quickly , website easy to use , good price , Dekivery a nightmare , checked tracking with fed ex , date given for delivery , my partner stayed in the house to await delivery during the day , it never came , checked fed ex again definate will be delivered , so i stayed in all evening awaiting delivery ,, would you believe , it never came ? package came next day when no one was home ? slims = grwat , delivery = crap wasted fukl day , .”
