“Dispached quickly , website easy to use , good price , Dekivery a nightmare , checked tracking with fed ex , date given for delivery , my partner stayed in the house to await delivery during the day , it never came , checked fed ex again definate will be delivered , so i stayed in all evening awaiting delivery ,, would you believe , it never came ? package came next day when no one was home ? slims = grwat , delivery = crap wasted fukl day , .”

“Great selection of products, and having customer reviews is helpful in understanding what to buy. However understanding the strengths and weeknesses of the products is not that easy. Also the shipping cost is high, and often can find better deals elsewhere online.”

“Can’t fault Slim’s , great products & the point Rewards I like , It’s FedEx that are letting you down by not following delivery instructions left On the website, no delivery’s over the weekend, still waiting!”

“Hi not very happy received my order and there was a missing trigger, it seemed that I wasn’t believed when I contacted them regarding this matter, and found it hard work to prove that there was one missing, spent a lot of money with them.”

“Good product. Works well and repels all rain etc. Downside is as soon as you touch it the coating is compromised. A jet wash seems to be OK but if you touch or wipe the mirror the coating has gone.”

“Have used slims for a while now and love what they do, however I was disappointed to find that I had lost all my points due to lack of activity on my account , I injured my back and had a year away from detailing losing over 4000 points. Didn't even realise they had a time limit”

“I spent a bit of money to be honest but all the products came very well packed and protected within 2 days of ordering so was very pleased. Only reason for 3 stars is I'm not too far from Enfield so would be nice to come to the shop and have sight of the products before buying but you're only open Mon - Fri till 4.00pm :-(”

“Products I bought were good, the review feature on each product was good but for god sake please change the shipping service because they pick the day of delivery and you can’t set a safe place so tough luck they’ll take it back and you have to reschedule but you can’t reschedule more than once”

“its ok saying you wont be beaten on price buts whats the point if your postage is more than the competitor and when you want something small the postage can be more than the product rather than being priced at what it actually cost to post,sorry but it puts me off buying more from you.”

“Very happy with products received. Bought through trade. However I never got any notifications saying it had been dispatched or delivered. I even put special instructions ‘leave inside front door’ I received an email on a Thursday saying thank you for purchasing but thought it was a general email. As I am tidying around Outside my house, I go into my shed which is rarely used and there is a package from Slims. No delivery note left. Products were outside temperature as well”

“I ordered a 5 litre container of valet pro snow foam, when received the container was damaged and I lost a few hundred ml and I had to epoxy the container to prevent further loss. The delivery box was labelled fragile liquid inside.”

“I’m sure it’s a good website but I ordered from them on the 10th and heard nothing from the shipping company since :( the shipping link just tells me it’s been in the delivery depo for over 5 working days”

“Delivery was on time but my package was left outside my property and no attempt was made to ring my bell. It could easily have been taken by anybody if I hadn’t seen it in time.”
