“Wasn’t too happy with the friendliness of customer service and ordered next day delivery and had to wait around 4 days. When I called they seemed frustrated. I had to cancel clients due to this problem.”

“Great selection of products to choose from. Can't whack the presentation of my box when it arrived and the delivery process was very swift, efficient and satisfying. However, a couple of the items I purchased seem to be different on the website pictures to what I received in person.”

“It’s difficult to write a review at the moment as I still have not received all my order. The first I knew that you had not completed my order was an invoice with a column telling me item to follow. That was the 11Feb 20. Part had still not arrived. It would have been nice before hand that you weren’t able to complete the order , either by text or email.”

“A little disappointed that despite spending £150 I did not qualify for free shipping in Perth. It was classified as the Highlands and so I was charged £7.50. We sit on a motorway route between Edinburgh and Dundee and it’s at least 5 years since any carrier charged me extra and so this an out of date approach. This was going to be 2 stars but emailed Slims who said to phone the order in. When I rang the company name wasn’t Slims so I hung up. Nowadays internet shopping should be seamless and quick and not requiring a phone call. I bit the bullet and paid the £7.50 but would not use Slims again if I can find another source who don’t charge delivery.”

“i ordered chemical guys interior scent spray. When I received it , the product was covered in thin film but when I opened the film, the spray handle was broken and cracked . The package was very well protected, I think they just sent me a broken one ..... I was not too happy about it. I ordered 303 aerospace also. The product is very useful. When I received it , I noticed that the 303 was very light . This was my third time ordering this product since last year . I placed a flashlight behind the 303 and I realized for some very odd reason , it was LESS than 3/4 full . I feel like I got cheated on because I ordered it online . I do recommend slims. They have many products on site and they deliver the good quickly.”

“Great website, good stock, super price on delivery but there was no tracking info, we tend not to get next day delivery as ordered but on 2nd day with no sign I sent the 1st of 3 emails to customer services to ask for delivery update and NONE of them were replied to, goods eventually arrived, box damaged on outside but fortunately not inside, courier didnt ask for a signature so I couldnt complain.”

“I purchased a Swisswax waffle cloth two years ago from a Porsche event cost:£16.00, my recent purchase £25.00 + £8.00 P&P. Not a bad increase!!! This is an excellent cloth to use after washing the car. I've tried others, however this cloth is the best, but no cheap!!.”

“Was a bit miffed as put order in last Thursday, only had email confirmation saying we will email when we dispatch the item. I received the parcel today (monday), no emails saying dispatch or delivery time. Fortunately I have a ring door bell, so spoke to delivery driver who kindly gave it to a neighbour! Not impressed. Reconsider ordering in the future. Sorry Slim.”

“I ordered the detailing spray at 18.99 and when it arrived the spray nozzle didn't fit the bottle had to ring to explain so another day lost as waiting for spray nozzle”

“Great from the delivery service fast although I had to be contacted to tell me that they mixed my order with someone else’s so had different name on it and was contacted by a very rude customer advisor so I will be surprised if I use this site again.”

“Good selection of products and order arrived in good time. Disappointed that I have to pay 7.50 delivery to Northern Ireland even though it states orders over £50 are free to the UK. Last time I checked N.Ireland is part of the UK. Other company's deliver to N.Ireland at no extra charge.”

“Originally called and they were understaffed only having one member of staff to carry out all detailing queries. Expected a phone call back and never got one. Wanted to order over telephone and add to my order. So instead ordered through website and asking for something else I was interested In. Still no email or phone call. Got my item next working day which is acceptable but no telephone call and only got an email after sending another message on Facebook. To which I thought i wont bother any more.”
