Purchased a snow foam lance for my pressure washer, choosing the adaptor that was advertised as fitting with my pressure washer (Bosch). It turned out that the adaptor did not fit, and I was told that I should have bought one that was advertised for Black and Decker. Slims refuse to take any responsibility for the misleading advertising on their website, and advise that I'll need to return the product at my cost. Overall a very disappointing experience - most companies would own their mistakes, but not Slims. Needless to say, won't be ordering from there again.

Utter idiots they sent me some clay lube with the wrong size nozzle again!! I wouldn't recommend Slims Detailing to anyone🙄

I normally use Slimms detailing for all my products and haven’t had any issues. However my last order had some issues. It was delivered on time however the delivery box was soaking wet and the Auto Finesse Spritz bottle inside was empty due to the top being very loose. Whoever packed the box didn’t check tighten the cap. When I phoned Slimms telephone number, option 2 on the menu, after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer I gave up. Not very good Customer Service.

RIP off merchants clearly shows 3 bottles of products for £34 upon arrival 1 terrible service false advertising

Hi Jason. We apologise that you feel misled by our website. The cover image on our product pages show all possible sizes that we have or have had in stock. When adding an item to your cart, it shows the size that you have selected in the dropdown and this size is also visible when viewing your cart at checkout. Again, we offer our apologies that this was not clear to you and we are sorry this caused a negative experience for you with our store.

Ordered on Thursday, paid for Saturday delivery and isn’t getting delivered till Thursday. Won’t be home so the order will be going back

Never had a problem until my last order they knowing sent out damaged goods with a part missing and sent the wrong pad size. We all have bad days but it’s how you rectify the situation and I found that poor in this case.

I bought a product and paid £5 for delivery but when it arrived the lid wasn't secured at it had leaked inside the packaging (the lid wasn't secure). I contacted Slims who offered me 10% off my next order. There was no offer to replace the product, discount the product or refund the delivery charge. Very disappointing. This was my first, and last purchase from Slims.

I paid £9.99 to have it delivered on Saturday, you sent me a notification that it has left your company it is Monday and I still don’t have the product this is an extremely poor service and I won’t be buying from you again. TERRIBLE!!!

Still haven't got my delivery. Two delivery attempts have failed. I've phoned slims but I've still no idea where my delivery is. Won't use again at this rate. I'll use AM Details instead.
