Just picked my parcel up and half of the order is missing. No invoice in the box or an email to say when and where the missing order is. Had to call them to find out where the missing items are. They are not sure if the rest of my order is on the way or not dispatched yet. This is my first order with your company and not really a good start. Would make sense to add a delivery invoice to the order or send an email to customers stating part shipment and when to expect the missing items. Hopefully I will receive the rest of my order soon.

Poor customer service, I called to talk about my trade account and was promised a call back but no call. Made an order and still haven’t received it two weeks later.

Ordered what is shown as two spray heads in pictures on the website only to receive one. Then im told the description says “ head” so extremely misleading and expensive for just one. Don’t trust the pictures on the website

Hi, I opened the box on my return from work, everything I ordered was in the box apart from the 4 nozzle attachments for the: (Slim's Detailing Stubby Trigger Gun & Nozzle Kit with Connector - Karcher × 1 Stubby Trigger). The item had the Karcher attachment already attached but shows it separate on the images on you website. I searched all the other items, the brown paper inner packaging, under the bottom box base flaps and nothing? I’m absolutely fuming as I paid £78 for this item and the nozzles were not there! I emailed Slim’s on Thursday evening but all I got was an email stated; “You have recently made a purchase from Slim's Detailing. We hope you enjoyed our website, your Slim's branded package arrived in top nick with all the goodies you wanted” Well that will be my last time ordering from this company An unhappy customer Craig

Shocking service unfortunately , first time I have used you and probably won’t use you again. Ordered £300 worth of stuff. It got delivered but they needed a code and wouldn’t leave the parcel with me, even showing my drivers license. He said it would be redelivered the next day which I was ok with. Then I had a message to say that the parcel was being sent back to suppliers.

The parcel did not arrive at all. DPD sent it back to Plymouth Depot without contacting me. Obviously only one delivery attempt. Allegedly, you gave them the wrong address. I am convinced it was the driver's fault. I phoned DPD and said so during the conversation. They said they would get in touch with you about the "wrong address". I doublechecked on your website. I gave you my correct address. Please put things right with DPD. I need the 3M Polish&Wax.

Supposedly made a purchase, which I haven't. Seems like the account may have been hacked and this seems possible given the spam being received.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your review. We would just like to reassure you that your account has not been hacked or any orders placed. We recently conducted an exercise to archive older orders, in the process of this a number of automated review emails were generated and sent to group of customers associated to previous orders. We have tried to go through and identify the affected customers and contact them but haven't made it through the list yet. Again, just to reassure you that your information is safe and secure. Ordered a few micro fiber pads for a job, allowed 5 days for delivery and no sign of the pads, job cancelled,not happy! Very poor indeed,never had this issue when slims used APC this was fed ex

Unfortunately my first order and experience was very bad, damaged bottle cap with korosol spilled all over packaging, wrong item sent, spray sealant without applicator even if showing on website with applicator, tried customer contact number but it’s not contact number is voicemail and despite leaving messages no one called back, very disappointing would not recommend due to mistakes and not existing customer care.

Sorry I can’t comment as I ordered on 31st dec and have not received them ! Iv tried to track the 2 items and fed express say they delivered to the wrong address? Should have been here Friday ? Now there saying Monday ? What a disaster? Poor delivery time and poor communication! Sorry I won’t use you again

Purchased a snow foam lance for my pressure washer, choosing the adaptor that was advertised as fitting with my pressure washer (Bosch). It turned out that the adaptor did not fit, and I was told that I should have bought one that was advertised for Black and Decker. Slims refuse to take any responsibility for the misleading advertising on their website, and advise that I'll need to return the product at my cost. Overall a very disappointing experience - most companies would own their mistakes, but not Slims. Needless to say, won't be ordering from there again.

Utter idiots they sent me some clay lube with the wrong size nozzle again!! I wouldn't recommend Slims Detailing to anyone🙄

I normally use Slimms detailing for all my products and haven’t had any issues. However my last order had some issues. It was delivered on time however the delivery box was soaking wet and the Auto Finesse Spritz bottle inside was empty due to the top being very loose. Whoever packed the box didn’t check tighten the cap. When I phoned Slimms telephone number, option 2 on the menu, after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer I gave up. Not very good Customer Service.
