“To retireve my ticket I needed to add the last digits of the card number used, I didn't use a card I paid by Paypal and no option to retireve my ticket was given for paypal.”

To quickly locate your ticket order, use our Order Finder Tool available at: www.skiddle.com/orders/orderfinder.php To successfully retrieve your order, please enter all of the following information exactly as it was used at checkout: - Surname (last name of the person who placed the order) - Last 4 digits of the payment card used to make the purchase - Phone number provided at the time of booking - Total order amount (e.g. £28.50) Make sure all the details match exactly with what was entered when the order was placed.
