“App is a bit fiddly, and once purchased, can't download or print off the tickys, as not available yet, quite amateurish in my opinion”

“Everytime i tried to verify my card the oage would reload i eneded up missing out on tickets becuase of this issue and paid nearlu £100 more as a result”

Hi Mollie, Thank you for your feedback. If you see a spinning white box and no progress, it typically means the connection to your bank has timed out or the network connection is poor. Something you can do to prevent this is by checking your interenet connection, or trying to purchase tickets at another time. Another reason for this issue could be that the bank provider is experiencing problems with their systems. In this case, we recommend using a payment card from a different bank. I hope this helps. “They take 15% of the ticket cost as a "non refundable booking fee" - even if the booking is cancelled by the event organiser. It is hidden in their terms and conditions but not clear when purchasing that if an event is cancelled customers will be out of pocket. Just been stung by this. Customer service team not remotely interested.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Booking fees are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. The booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the ticket’s face value. It is always displayed clearly before you add any tickets to your basket.
