“Very easy to use. I bought a vip final phase ticket. I have no idea what VIP final phase means. And next to the price, it says, bf+ don't know what that means either would be nice to have a description.”

BF is an abbreviation for Booking Fee, which is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. This action is taken by the event organiser and not Skiddle. As a result, Skiddle cannot release your tickets any earlier than the specified date and time listed in your order.
