“very long wait on phone line to speak to someone. on day 1 I was 7 in Q and raised to 4, then got cut off on day 2 I was 5 in Q then after 10 mins got cut off On day 3 I was 4 in Q, but had to wait 23mins before I got response.”

“I was forced to buy more expensive tickets when there were still cheaper tickets available up to 30/40minutes after I purchased! Even though when I was purchasing it said there was only 1 left of the other and that I couldn’t buy them…my friends purchased them for cheaper way after me. Not pleased with the service at all first and last time using Skiddle.”

“Very disappointed that I didn’t get the early bird ticket sale for Inverurie live event today considering I got the reminder and the link on it to buy and was online about 7.59 am ready for 8am sale to see that they weren’t available and I had to purchase the 2nd release ?? Why??”
