“When I booked tickets it's says like free entry before 11.30pm,if reached before time but big queues,we did pay , that's not fair enough for me”

“Easy enough to use but doesn’t answer any questions I had. Chat bot was we’ll a chocolate tea pot was more useful then that. Q&A doesn’t answer anything to do with blue light… Email well it says pretty much dont use it and the same with the phone line.”

“Heather small at Manchester Cathedral... advertised 6 till 11. Dj till 9 then another DJ till 10! Heather small one hour!! Poorly advertised no details about when she was actually performing...now we know why... misleading and very disappointing!!!”
