“The worst experience ever. Last year much better. This year I logged onto the website site at 9:15 there were already more than 10,000 people in front of me. I tired to get tickets for my 65 birthday next year. My payment didn’t go through and tried more than 5 times. I was logged off the site I tried numerous times. I gave up. Tried at 1800 hours, the tickets had gone to 5th release. Poor unprofessional, I had even registered prior to Friday, made little difference. Even this review will fall on deaf ear. What’s the point you won’t read it anyway. All stages should have screens for people at the back and unable to get close to the stage. Do better…”

“i am pleased with the service i have had prior but yesterday i booked my tickets not realising I only booked the Saturday instead of both tried to contact you guys but still didn't have any satisfaction so had to rebook and buy the Sundays ticket as well”

“Would give 3 stars if it wasn't for the customer service received afterwards. Booking for Reggaeland on a payment plan but it wouldn't allow you to book kids tickets at the same time. Whilst trying to figure out the third release tickets sold out. Booked fourth release tickets on a payment plan then wasn't allowed to purchase kid tickets as it was locked even though adult tickets had been purchased. Called customer service and a lovely woman said she'd call back and true to her word she called back and gave me a code to unlock the kids tickets to purchase.”
