Clear messaging and straight forward app to use and book from. The negative is that tickets were launched at 6pm and within just a couple of minutes went up considerably in price. Not sure who determines that.

Hello Anonymous Thank you for the 4* review! I just wanted to jump in and offer some advice on tickets prices. Please be aware that Skiddle are a self-service ticket agent, this means that the event organisers determine the ticket pricing structure. Generally, we see most event organisers set up tickets in releases. With each release, the tickets increase in price and customers are rewarded with lower-priced tickets if they book early. I'm sure you have heard of the saying that 'the early bird catches the worm' in this case customers catch the cheaper tickets! 😝🐦 Best wishes Shelby

Skiddle was very quick and easy to get your tickets. the app is helpful as it allows you to see events coming up, tickets you have already purchased and prices of tickets. They help you see events that are going to happen in your area which is always nice especially coming out of a pandemic and being out the loop.

Hello Joanne Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and it was lovely to speak to you just now! On the call, you clarified to me that this review is in regards to our refund policy. Particularly surrounding COVID-19. If the event was forced to cancel or postpone due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. You would be entitled to a refund (where Skiddle hold the ticket funds). On the other hand, if the event was going ahead and you couldn't attend due to testing positive for COIVD-19 for example. This is where the Refund Protection Policy comes into play. Please see below a link to a simplified version of the Refund Protection Terms and Conditions. Generally a very good service,slightly frustrated to have got to check out only for the session to time out as I tried to pay so then had to go through the whole process again...there are ways of creating an account to reduce this problem however as a dyslexic they are of minimal help,it would be more useful if the time limit was in some way linked to your personal activity Pleasing that you offer a insurance on buying tickets well worth the money

The site was difficult to navigate I had a number of problems that made the process tiresome. I have tried to use the link sent acknowledging my purchase it is blocked by Firefox & Microsoft you need to escalate this problem to your ITC department as a matter of urgency

Hi James Thanks for leaving your review. Your comments are important to us, so thank you for taking my call earlier today. The event organisers who use our site determine their ticket prices independently and are offered to customers on a first come first serve basis. For this particular event, the event promoters advertised all the tiers they have available, for purchase. Should one ticket sell out, the next tier of tickets would be available to buy. The aim of this approach would be to ensure that no-one misses out. It was great to hear your comments regarding tiered ticket prices and I will pass on your feedback to my line manager for future consideration. As discussed although it is difficult to pinpoint the exact issues you experienced on the checkout page, I can offer some guidance on what to do if you are ever struggling to complete a transaction. We do advise our customers to use Google Chrome as this browser is best optimised for our website. Clearing your history and cookies can also be helpful. The Skiddle app is also super helpful for making orders as you can use our saved cards options when using iOS and we also offer Apple or Google pay which saves your entering your card details every time! Once again I'm sorry that your partner needed to purchase the tickets but I'm very happy to hear that you have the tickets you need.
