Your tickets can be accessed securely on an iPhone via your collection email. For further guidance on this please head to https://help.skiddle.com/hc/en-us/sections/360001447231-Ticket-Access-Delivery Alternatively, you can download the Skiddle app where your tickets are stored within the 'my tickets' section. For future purchases, if you book via the app then your tickets are automatically available in there without the need to download them. Super speedy and convenient! “Whole process was straight forward enough. However haven't received email confirmation of purchase, I've had to go into my account and download my tickets from there. This is not a problem, but when you are informed you will receive a confirmation email alarm bells ring when you dont!”
