I found it easy to use and ordering was very clear.There was a couple of glitches but they were soon sorted. I will be using Skiddle again.

I found ordering my tickets very easy was straight forward. Will definitely be ordering tickets from this site again

Good website for ordering tickets, Lay out could be a bit more aesthetically pleasing and sometimes feel like the mobile version (when using a web browser not the app) can be a bit annoying. App works like a charm.

Never heard of Skiddle before but I was pleased to see that they operate a fair returns policy if gig is cancelled. That said, at checkout, I was offered insurance to cover all eventualities, which I declined but was swiftly informed by Skiddle (following my feedback) that this type of insurance is for extreme situations which prevent attendance, such as death in the family or serious health issues. There is a choice of App-based ticket scanning or print-at-home.

For more information on this, please head here: https://www.skiddle.com/refund-protection.php I'm sorry to hear that you encountered an issue when loading the Skiddle app. We offer a number of ways to access your tickets and i'm happy that you have managed to print the tickets. I can see from your order that the tickets for this event are RapidScan. Tickets can then be accessed via your Order History from the confirmation email. This is an extra layer of security to keep your tickets out of the wrong hands. Head here for further information: https://help.skiddle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003688117 The 10p charge is an optional SMS confirmation. This is not required in order to access your tickets but is simply there in case you wish to receive confirmation of your booking via text. I hope this information helps to clarify! With regards to Paypal, we don't use this as a payment method as the funds for each order are paid directly to each independent event promoter and unfortunately, this platform does not offer us the ability to refund individual transactions should your event be cancelled/postponed. Although this isn't an option for payment, don't forget we offer Apple Pay and Android Pay within the Skiddle app. I hope this information helps! Kind regards, Abbie

You can only purchase a maximum of 10 tickets at booking then have to go on a waiting list for any additional tickets you require

Please be aware Skiddle offer a self-service system for both customers and the event organisers. This meaning that the organisers for the event determine the number of tickets available to purchase in one order. If you are unsure of the availability then you can call our friendly Customer Care on 033 33 01 01 01 and we'll advise if there are enough tickets for your party before booking. Simple click! click! click! All done! Bit too simple, really. As in, no long waits, no error messages, no spinning circle of impending doom, no existential angst nor lost tickets in a suspended wait list of eternal pain. Just the tickets. Thank you. Tickety Boo.
