My tickets came by email but I don’t have a printer. The only option I have is to download to my phone which I’m reluctant to do as I may change my phone by July? Skiddle have responded quickly advising me to either go to a library to print my tickets or get a friend with a printer to print them for me! I was hoping they would send me my tickets by post but because I didn’t request this when I ordered them it couldn’t be done. I have agreed to sort it out myself.

Hello Yvonne Thanks so much for taking my call yesterday! During the call, we discussed the options available to you with regards to a friend or family member printing the tickets on your behalf. Only issue was I had to keep putting password in as kept saying that they didn't match. It would help to be able to see what was being typed in case there was a typo. Otherwise all good

You suggested that the option to 'show password' would be useful, especially if you are unaware if you made an error or not. Hi Jo Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Unfortunately, we are unable to use PayPal as a payment provider as it doesn't offer us the flexibility we need. Within our app, we offer a number of easy solutions for quick purchases such as the integration of Apple and Google Pay, as well as the saved cards feature *available in iOS currently. Easy to use for searching events & ordering tickets. The only problem occurs if l need to make a disabled-specific order, these tickets are very difficult to get hold of (past experience with Gatecrasher events)

At Skiddle, we want events to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone and we do offer an in-house Access scheme, however, I can see that this event organiser has not yet signed up for this facility. We also want to make sure that their ticket buying experience is as seamless as anybody else’s and I can appreciate that you would have had a simpler experience if certain information was available on the event listing before purchasing. I have contacted the event organisers with the questions that we spoke about in our phone call and I'll keep you updated as soon as I have more information. To clarify the issue, this occurs when Office 365 has encountered an internal error. A little annoyed that I paid for refund insurance that I added by mistake and there is no way for me to remove that from my order and get a refund for it I bought two bundles of six tickets costing 42 pound!!

The overall experience was very good. Rhe only thing that I found confusing was O elected to continue with fb. Then it stated it would track my like pages and personal information. I wasnt sure about this especially with all the scams these days so I went back and purchased as a guest as this process was more familiar to me. So it did end up taking a little longer than it should.

Since I read your review, I have been doing some research in the hope to offer some clarification and reassurance for you. When a user logs into the Skiddle website via facebook, they are shown a screen that asks their permission for certain things, such as the Name, Email, Picture as mandatory. Then it will ask the user if they wish to give Skiddle access to their “Likes” to help Skiddle personalise their experience and help suggest more personalised events to the user based on their likes. This is completely optional and if this is declined, we won’t do anything, so the user is in full control. If they accept, we have access to their public likes and store them against their preferences. Please be aware public likes are visible to anyone. When a ticket became available I would click on pay and it would refresh and say it was unavailable. This happened multiple times to me and my cousin. I was only allowed to buy 1 ticket so I got one but my cousin didn’t because everytime he tried to pay, the page would refresh. Super unfair and now he can’t go and I have no one to go with. Edit: I was contacted by Shelby who was very helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service :)

As mentioned on the call, the issues faced were simply a result of the huge demand for your event! Please be aware that the event organisers list their events on our self-service website. This means that they can limit the number of tickets available to purchase within one order. I'm also sorry to hear your cousin wasn't so lucky in securing a ticket! As I mentioned, I have raised this internally and we have suggested that the event organisers use out Re:Sell service. Re:Sell will not only give you a chance to possibly receive a refund but there may be some more tickets available to allow your cousin to attend with you!
