Quick bookings, clear layout. Similar to lots of mainstream event websites. Looking forward to my event and hope to receive updates in email format.

Fairly straightforward and logical booking system but 6 minutes is not enough time to review your order. It is confusing enough, making sure you order the correct ticket for the festival, camping and Car parking without being rushed.

That being, it gives all of our customers a fair opportunity to acquire tickets. We have an opt-in ‘saved card feature’ (ios app only) where you’re able to upload your card details to your Skiddle account to make the payment process more efficient. I was initially a little disappointed with Skiddle as I had not had any confirmation of my purchase. However, I am most impressed with the excellent customer service. After raising this, the tickets were dispatched almost immediately and a member of the customer service team contacted me shortly after. I was not able to take the call but they left a polite, friendly message to apologise. As good customer service is of paramount importance to them, I would definitely buy from them again and would definitely recommend them.

I have just resent your collection email to your inbox, so you can view your tickets within the app, please click the ‘use the Skiddle app’ link within that email. From here you'll automatically be logged into the app and your tickets will appear in the 'My tickets' section. We experienced issues when attempting to print out the ticket. We could not contact anyone as the telephone lines confirmed you were closed. We had to print the ticket last minute. However it is good that you provide an alternative PDF ticket to print if you cannot access the electronic ticket. The emergency line of mode of contact should be clearer.

I had to wait 20 mins in virtual queue and due to demand didn't get best price but was not much of a difference just would be more satisfying to get cheapest price possible. Next time I will log on earlier, no problems overall though.

Booking tickets was nice and easy clear instructions but still waiting an email with my booking confirmation over 13 hours later After mentioning the lack of confirmation email on this review an email was sent and even a voicemail message so I have changed my stars to 4
