Hi Bridget, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Our review platform is for leaving a review of your experience rather than stating queries. In order to assist you with a specific query, please contact customer support directly with your order details. We are available via phone, email and chatbot (help.skiddle.com). “No scroll bar - foudn it very difficult to work it on my laptop. I had to buy a mouse to use the scroll wheel to get it to work”
