“it’s my first time rollernation i purchased a ticket and i could not make it something had come up and then tried to get a refund and it never accepted me to get back my money what these people fail to understand anything can happen in spare of the moment and it can’t be helped but it’s ok i hope they choke on that money”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Our review platform is for leaving a review of your experience rather than stating queries. In order to assist you with a specific query, please contact customer support directly with your order details. We are available via phone, email and chatbot (help.skiddle.com).
