“Over complicated.......its just a ticket.......why does it take 20 mins to be told its not available until week before the show..........you shoud just pay and print !!!!!!!!!....not all the extra waste of time.”

“Cancelled an event and refused to take accountability, provide a refund. Need to get in touch with third party. Terrible customer service, very difficult to get in touch with an actual person.”

“Tried to create a skidded account so that I could easily see the purchased tickets but I got 17 emails related to email authentication l. Despite clicking on the authentication link within 30 seconds of receiving it the message kept telling me the link had expired. Gave up in the end”
