“The service was OK but the ticket is wrongly worded. It says festival plus camping but that's not the case. The festival tickets are extra. So what is it I get plus camping?”

“There was no balloons,I had to pay 20£ just to go for a carnival, wich is no acceptable,at least they should have reduced the ticket prices due to no balloons today,”

“Long-winded and complicated. I just wanted to buy a ticket - need an app, an account, charged a booking fee, extra if you want a WhatsApp. Just a pain to use.”
