Poor!! Paid for VIP tickets for Look a Like Festival today and couldn't believe when got there, no VIP really!! Tiniest area, with zero view as blocked by the worlds worst toilets that had no hot ir any water whatsoever to wash your hands!! Better view from cheaper tickets, very poor abs total top off. Why charge VIP prices especially when can't provide it even when checking in, one queue, no fast track!! Waste of mo ey and not worth it!!! Absolute daylight robbery!! Be careful paying for upgrades with this company as cannot provide what they are charging for!!!!

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. LEB Skiddle Customer Support Team

Well what can I say about the Look A Like festival in Middlesbrough, apart from it was absolutely wet and VIP was VILooo. Who create a VIP area and plan a tiolet block between you and the fcuking stage! What a waste of money. Never again 😒 happy to supply photo asthis site won't let me upload them. Shock!!

Had difficulties booking on line and loading app. In the end I lost the £35 I had paid and so could not attend the event on Saturday 14 July 2024. The price is high anyway and there are other costs involved along the booking. It all seemed very mercenary.

Hi Jacqueline, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Were do i start , dance tent was over crowed at one point, it was dangerous , website says cash or card, most only took card , not enough toilets for the festival , people fighting over getting to toilets , they were vile even when it you first went in at 11am And to top it off the coaches getting out was a joke, Nobody knew what they were doing , some bus drivers wernt even letting people on and leaving them behind , Can’t help the mud and rain but that definitely didn’t help at all The prices of food and drink are stupid prices to, I get its festivals prices for drinks but when your getting ripped off it’s not nice at all And the chairs that were on the main stage were getting bad to Bring back how you had it last year was so much easyier to get to main stage , plenty of time I nearly tripped over chairs Please have a re think but the lay out next year ,

Over complicated system that should be straight forward. I only used Skiddle because I had to, didn’t want to drive for a hour & not get in. First I have to download a app Then after doing that & finally getting a ticket I was unable to transfer iinto my wallet on the iPhone. So I thought I’d see if there’s a help desk, only to find it’s a self service help desk which is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. So once I’ve attended & used my ticket We will have to part company 😀

VIP experience at Human League, Herrington Park Sunderland was hell on earth, total and utter rip off. Absolute utter disgrace. I understand some people are seeking legal action and have spoken to the police from the reviews. Many people blaming Skiddle but Event Organisers or Skiddle need to refund us and compensate all who paid £107 not £44 as general admission people got a much much much better experience

Hi there, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Skiddle do not cancel any events. Booking was great and easy but , Viewing/ accessing tickets after purchase, difficult download , passwords etc very annoying . Email PDF of ticket shows only one ticket , not the full order. for someone not good with internet / computer programs not a good system. Not dyslexic or learning difficulty friendly

It kept glotching when trying to add ticket to basket. The quantity would go up and down. Had no control. So bought tickets one by one.
