I perched a ticket and I got a errer then tried it again few hours later then I perched ticket again then I never got the ticket but seen been charged for it

Had to eventually get help from my Granddaughter and she struggled Ended up paying for 2 additional tickets by mistake and no help in how to cancel.

Took so long to download and by the time I accessed my ticket I was refused entry to the event I had just paid for !1111 £45 on ticket and they would let me in.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY Accessing your tickets as a PDF via your email confirmation takes minutes, if that. You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Couldnt enter the event because of cops, even the tickets was not checked in, request skiddle to please do the needfull ASAP

Sent emails about accessibility for an event no reply sent another via social media still no reply absolute shambles of a service will not be booking further shows via this platform

I think it is disgusting that you charge a booking fee for every person booked on the same party. How can you do that!!! I made 1 booking...this should be 1 booking fee not 1 booking fee for every person on the same booking...I will not be booking with you again....total profiteering shame on you....

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. AVOID!!! SCAM!! CANT BE TRUSTED!! Bought tickets this morning&paid extra for refund protection. Tried to get a refund same day for it to tell me the tickets aren't eligible for a refund? If the ticket wasn't eligible (which by looks of your reviews, every ticket isn't eligible) it shouldn't even be an option. It's just your disgusting way to purposely mislead people into paying extra for nothing! Then blame customers for not reading t&c's like we should know the extra option to add protection isn't even legit

Rushed to book tickets picked my seats, paid… a few days later they contact me saying they’ve reallocated me to lower class seats and they’re refunding the difference.

Bought tickets for an event they had posted and advertised, travelled to the venue and the event wasn't even on, but the refund process is extremely long and confusing.

Can’t order disabled carers tickets. When ordering full price tickets still got to download the app or print pdf- should come automatically on email with no further work for the customer to do

My friend decided to come last minute so i tried to buy him a ticket online, when I pressed "pay now" it just turned to a 'loading circle' and went back to pay now. After a few attempts, my other friend tried on his phone and it worked for him. I checked my bank statement today and have seen that it actually took the money from my bank!! Basically got scammed £70.
