Awful organisation. We paid extra for parking however, no one checked anything when we arrived so we may as well have not paid. Hottest day of the year and there were no water stations or shaded areas. Not enough bars to serve drinks. Queues were awful. Took us 40 minutes to get our first drink. When we went back to the bar we gave up as the queue hadn’t moved in 20 mins. There were medical teams going round spraying people with water as it was that hot and no shade and everyone was struggling to get drink. The only good thing was Ultrabeats set.

Hi Dylan, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. I booked tickets through a proxy site which then led me to booking via this site in error. After receiving the tickets, I realised the wrong event and called immediately only to be advised that I cannot resell or get refund of tickets. What a scam. Genuine error occurs and I have re-purchased tickets for the location and date I needed but still no word or refund from Skiddle forthcoming. The worst booking experience ever

I bought tickets for olivia dean and added them to my basket. It took me to the next page where it said my tickets were reserved for the next 8 minutes. After putting in my payment information after around 4 minutes maximum, it errored after confirming payment. When refreshing it said the tickets ‘could not be found’ even though they should have been reserved. Even after refreshing it wouldn’t work, i had to duplicate the tab and then the payment worked then. this needs fixing!

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Too many booking fee charges and having to pay for them being sent by email. I had to pay £1.25 for each ticket I bought on top of the price of each ticket. Don’t rate this company

Terrible organisation. VIP tickets couldn’t even see the stage. Queued for over a hour to buy food that was overpriced and badly cooked. Normal admission tickets were let in first despite VIP stating advance admission. Toilets were vile. Would never book with Skiddle again. Did concert this month with James Dean company 100 % better organised and priced.

Selling tickets for Balloons & Tunes Monster Trucks Show - Newbury, talk about mispresentation, it was a glorified, well overpriced, aged fairground. One monster truck stationary for 99% of the time. Many other advertised events at the ‘show’ didn’t happen. It’s a prime report for Trading Standards.
