Terrible. I was in the waiting room for hours to make sure I got in on time. Then when it finally let me buy tickets, it refreshed and prompted me to rejoin the queue. Eventually I got tickets but only barely as it was third release. So I ended up paying way more than early bird prices. Not impressed. Do better.

We paid £10 for a ticket saying it was open until 2am. The venue shut at 12:45. We were asked to leave at 12:45 and we were misled. I am very disappointed.

The event I bought tickets for was falsely advertised and there is no cool off period on the tickets. Waste of £60! As per the pictures, the event says the line up is made up of Sidney Charles, Kolter, Luuk van dijk, and locklead. However, the actual event has a different line up which isn’t evident on the event description, only when you look at the graphic (which is hard to see), you can see the line up is different. This was massively misleading and falsely advertised.

I had this ticket as I saw an instagram story promoting Nadal, which I like, but when I pay for it and receive the confirmation I saw another name which was not the artist I intented to see. I was quite dissapointed and contact the organizer for a refund. Until this day I didn't receive either a refund or a responce from the organicers.

Hi, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. Any other refunds have to be authorised by the event organiser. We don't recommend buying tickets using links which aren't provided by Skiddle. LEB Skiddle Customer Support

Far too complicated and intrusive. I really resented having to use it and download the app. I didn't want to install more apps ( acrobat) just to be able to see a ticket. I've ended up just having a screenshot of the QR code and hope that is sufficient. I will delete the app after the concert

Hi, You can also access your tickets via your email confirmation. If you select 'Download Ticket as PDF' you can download your ticket without having to download the app. Thanks, LEB Skiddle Customer Support

absolute nightmare not everyone is a digital or downloading expert. i have no printer. i have booked a ticket and can't download it - so many hurdles to jump through. i have now lost the details. so no ticket for the gig. Steve

I tried to cancel the tickets and paid the extra to do so. And I couldn’t go to the event on which I lost lost money not impressed don’t understand why you would pay an extra fee to cancel when you couldn’t. Lost out on money won’t be booking with this site again.. easier way to book tickets

Hi, Refund protection is a third-party company we use called TicketPlan. Refund Protection does not cover you if you simply are unable to attend the event. It is an opt-in service and when you opt in you agree that you have read the Refund Protection terms & conditions. Within the T&C's it states what the refund protection covers you for. I ordered and paid for my Woodshop'24 Festival ticket online BUT it took several attemps/days then with help from my more savy IT daughter but she even struggles to be able to print the ticket !!!! I bought for 21st July event in Shropshire as i dont use aps. never had this problem before with any other Co hence low score for not being user friendly

I'm very very disappointed as I ordered t 2 tickets to 2 separate event's. I had the scan code which was my tickets for Tues 28th which we had to cancel. Heard nothing from then not even in spam regarding my cancellation of the Thurs tickets. Then on Thursday night when you went on skiddle there was no tickets for the event Fri. Phoned skiddle wasn't helpful at all. I phone the bank and looks like they cancelled both event tickets. When it should've been just Thurs. So had to try and get tickets for the event on good Friday which was very hard as I had loads of people looking for me.

awful experience if trying to refund, can’t even add them to the waiting list to let people actually enjoy the events i can’t make. customer service interactions have always been horrible.

Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. We advise passing unwanted tickets on privately via friends and family. Re:Sell is an opt-in service which we provide to event promoters to use once the event has sold out and if the event organiser has opted in to use this feature. Horrific service. Can't get into my account on app or web. They're no help whatsoever. I've tried using the awful chat facility and they don't have a clue. Tried submitting a formal complaint and that got closed down with no resolution. I'm not the only one having these problems but they don't seem to want to fix it. Steer clear is my advice.

Beware of buying tickets for Screams court Hartlepool they are advertising they are a nightclub and open till 4am and only have a licence till 11pm
