Areally bad expirience with this company . I booked 2 tickets to see an event for my wife and i , however for unforssen cucumstances we can not make it . The cutomer service has been nothuing short of disgusting. The event is sold out and allthough skiddle assured me if event is sold they would ask event organisers to see if we can sell our tickets they refuse to contact them , i think they just cant be bothered by the sound of it . They have a waiting list on the website for tickets for this event which im sure many people have put themselves on , yet it is a false wauiting list ,it doesnt operaTE AND WHEN I ASKED THE GUY AT SKIDDLE WHY HE JUST SAID NONE OF OUR WAITING LIST ACTUALLY OPERATE .WHAT ! false advertising , if you ask me.

Hi Jonathon, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your experience. For Skiddle Re:Sell to be enabled both the ticket type needs to be sold out and the event organiser has to opt in for Re:Sell. If your event has sold out, then it will mean the event organisers have not opted in for Re:Sell. Our waiting list feature does operate. Due to Skiddle hosting close to a million events on Skiddle we do not have the ability to look into individual refund requests for customers. Won’t refund for cancelled events. Bought tickets for 2 events in Carlisle from Skiddle, which were cancelled for unforeseen circumstances, now Skiddle won’t refund!!! They say they will keep it on my account! I don’t wanna book anything else, I want my money.

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. It is only the booking fee that is non-refundable. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. I cannot even remember booking the tickets .. the payment plan was over a long period and I don’t even want the tickets now. There have been problems logging in, lots of password changes and little communication. it’s all a very cold and distant money making process locking people in .. too much

This is set by the event organisers and not Skiddle. It's definitely worth looking into contacting Customer Support, as we can help you out with logging in and resetting your password. I need to update my Standard ticket to a VIP ticket please. I rushed as thought tickets were selling fast, there was a count down clock and I could only see the seconds not the mins. I rushed. Please could you help me upgrade? Thanks

I purchased tickets for sundisential north but was unable to attend due to my mother having a stroke around 6pm friday night I tried to carry out a refund but the page kept saying unavailable and I belive this to qualify for your terms of a refund as I was stuck in A+E with my mum I was also charged £4.99 for the purpose of a refund I have used skiddle many times over the years and I am very disappointed What don't understand is why the next questions are asking me regarding a refund experience that I have not had I would appreciate of you could spread some light on this matter

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Customer Service is horrendous Unable to contact No information on the website about the venue No drinks or food allowed in venue Hidden extras for carparking + price of the carpark at venue with massive fields so parking should be free No prior availability of order of acts on stage No information on what to expect inside Are dogs allowed Are chairs blankets allowed In total the organisation of the event prior is diabolical If I wasn't meeting friends I would demand a refund

Site freezes and woeful instructions how to proceed.Tickets not printable until night before event.No clue given as to whether seats are numbered or first comes first served.One of the worst agencies I've come across.

My friend has Booked a vip cabana for the anglesey save the rave only to find they sent out one ticket.. states on the website the cabana holds 10 people, therefore we require 10 tickets. They have been most unhelpful and stated we needed to speak to save the rave themselves who have not got back to us either. Spent over. £1.1k only to be sent one ticket. Any comment skiddle?

Hello There, Thank you for your feedback. Due to the ticket type purchased, only one barcode is generated, this is at the event organisers discretion. Due to the VIP Cabana being purchased for 10 people, it is necessary for the whole group to arrive together. Spent money to wait an hour in traffic then another hour and a half in the queue, only to find an expensive funfair & nothing happening for 3 hrs in the main event ring. Feel ripped off.

since purchasing my tickets on the 20th of June for the Sammy Virji event happing on the 26th of October I have still not been able to get into my account to locate the tickets. I understand with mass people buying tickets the app will be slow and possibly not work but it has been 5 days now and some re assurance that I can see the tickets would be useful

This has now been resolved by our development team, it will just require you to delete the app and re-install the newest version. Paid for tickets for Monster Truck Mayhem. What a shambles. The event was a farce. Hours of queuing to get to the event, followed by more queuing and mayhem! Only one monster truck which broke down. Everything overpriced. Skiddle claim they have no control over refunds so to seek a refund from the event organiser. But guess what, Monster Truck Mayhem have shut down their event page so there is no way to contact them. This appears to imply Skiddle are supporting and protecting these fraudsters as there is no way to initiate a refund. This event was mis-sold. Patiently awaiting refund before seeking further advice.
