We were expecting a tribute act on or even a drag queen very disappointed it's put me of going back just a dj playing country songs I could do same at home not happy

Over complicated system that should be straight forward. I only used Skiddle because I had to, didn’t want to drive for a hour & not get in. First I have to download a app Then after doing that & finally getting a ticket I was unable to transfer iinto my wallet on the iPhone. So I thought I’d see if there’s a help desk, only to find it’s a self service help desk which is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. So once I’ve attended & used my ticket We will have to part company 😀

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. VIP experience at Human League, Herrington Park Sunderland was hell on earth, total and utter rip off. Absolute utter disgrace. I understand some people are seeking legal action and have spoken to the police from the reviews. Many people blaming Skiddle but Event Organisers or Skiddle need to refund us and compensate all who paid £107 not £44 as general admission people got a much much much better experience

Hi there, Skiddle is a ticket outlet that provides a self-service platform for promoters/event organisers to list and sell tickets. Skiddle do not cancel any events. This would have been done by the event organiser. We are solely just the booking platform. If you would like to leave a review of an event you attended, you can do so on the Skiddle listing. Booking was great and easy but , Viewing/ accessing tickets after purchase, difficult download , passwords etc very annoying . Email PDF of ticket shows only one ticket , not the full order. for someone not good with internet / computer programs not a good system. Not dyslexic or learning difficulty friendly

It kept glotching when trying to add ticket to basket. The quantity would go up and down. Had no control. So bought tickets one by one.

No email address to be ground on website. Refusing to refund for sn event that skiddle have cancelled, despite holding £30,000 from the organisers. Appear to be total lies, please prove me wrong

Very cumbersome. Felt pushed into downloading an additional app instead of using in-phone wallet app. Getting accessible facilities for this disabled customer was not easy. The code for Skiddle did not work initially and had to request a second time

Trying to get a refund for wrexham music festival that has been cancelled for this year, the event organisers have stated funds for refunds have been passed to skiddle. Skiddle say no funds available. It needs to get sorted, if they are unreliable, will you stop promoting them next year?

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Tickets were free but the food drink prices were exorbitant! Nothing for children to eat other than an £11 pizza, was not allowed to take in any food even though it’s a public space! Definitely not worth the hassle and fuss made by event runners!
