Bought tickets for an event they had posted and advertised, travelled to the venue and the event wasn't even on, but the refund process is extremely long and confusing.

Can’t order disabled carers tickets. When ordering full price tickets still got to download the app or print pdf- should come automatically on email with no further work for the customer to do

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. My friend decided to come last minute so i tried to buy him a ticket online, when I pressed "pay now" it just turned to a 'loading circle' and went back to pay now. After a few attempts, my other friend tried on his phone and it worked for him. I checked my bank statement today and have seen that it actually took the money from my bank!! Basically got scammed £70.

Skiddke have ignored literally hundreds and hundreds of truly shocking and appalling reviews about the VIP experience at Human League Herrington Park in July. (Available to read online via Skiddle.com). They advertised and took our money for the VIP experience and when this was a total disaster, and they have had hundreds of furious people feedback on their website telling them they are demanding their money back we just get told it is not their problem, they just sell tickets!!!!! We are getting our money back via section 75 of the credit card act so why not just say sorry and put their hands up and admit sometimes things go very very very wrong. Some of the reviews have mentioned the police are involved, Health and Safety, Disability and Accessibility bodies and the SIA. Skiddle may think they can just ignore their customers but they won’t be able to ignore the law.

Please be aware, that Skiddle's refund policy is as follows: Face-value refunds can only be offered if the event is cancelled or postponed as agreed upon purchase. I recently purchased tickets for an event. Selected my seats and u was very happy. As few days later I received an email indicating that my seats were no longer available and I was placed in different seats way in the back. It felt like I was bumped out of my good seats to accommodate others. I am very upset and I want my original seats back.

Close to vey poor. Focuse on making it easy for the customer and skip all the extra information, the suvrveys, creating accounts and allt hat foolishness. In the first minute I was close to leaving my tickets because of the draging process. Shout ot to Chuckie Online and Manny Norte, love and guidance every time!

I’m finding it very difficult to just access my tickets. It seems stuck in a loop and the link says “expired “ even if I connect immediately. Very clunky and complicated. I would not recommend skiddle at all. Sorry, just not user friendly.

Found it impossible to use. I requested a link around 10 times to get onto my account and everytime it said link expired. Very frustrating and I still havent managed to get my tickets.

Hi, As the link is a one-time link if you click on this multiple times it will not work. If you have been unsuccessful in purchasing tickets through the waiting list we would recommend rejoining so if more tickets become available you may have a chance to repurchase. Thanks, LEB

I booked parking for the look-a-like event in Middlesbrough on Sunday 14th July through Skiddle only to find there was no event parking at all. This money was effectively stolen from me.* * Please note following this review (and others with the same issue) Skiddle did refund the parking charge.

To be completely honest I thought there would be bigger screens. There were a lot of people so a lot of the time your view was massively restricted but if anything the £17 tickets were a bit of a waste of money as the TV I was watching from either switched of twice or would continuously pop up with a sign across the middle of the screen saying the TV was about to go in standby so there were times where nobody could see what was going on with the game at all until the staff came to sort it out.
