“they are good with selling tickets contacting customer services if you have any issues is none existent the is no contact for human communication”

“I gave two stars as I had to pay £22 to get in. Then I had to pay £5 a ride which I refused as that is over priced everything was overpriced. Food was overpriced £13 for noodles and chicken. £7.50 for a burger that taste like dog meat. £7.50 for hotdogs in a jar. £13 for small amount of haribo sweets. Was not happy cost a fortune for a single parent. My kids went on zero rides so the day was ruined. Only best thing which was really good was the motor bikes soon as I watched that I went.”

“Bought a parking ticket for the wrong day (my fault) but no way to transfer or get a refund to buy for the correct day. That is WRONG and could easily be an away to exchange or refund. I’ll try never to use Skiddle again - all for £6.”

“Tried buying tickets through fb advertised page. Asked me a million different options for add-ons and ticket purchasing in general got through all that then wanted me to sign in. Typed details,we want you to change your password (periodically they ask that apparently?) Sent an email link that didnt connect to the same buying page I was on so had to find the site all over again and when I did the prices were different!! Scrolled on found the original on fb and logged in AGAIN. Didn't have the normal options for remembering my card details so entered them maually. Very long winded process almost like they didnt want me to buy the ticket!”
