“Was not impressed with the cancellation and refund policy. Was booked in error and no refund available. Not a good service. First and last time I will be using Skiddle.”

“Unfortunately 😕 we was promised seating that's was a blanted lie, the restrictions was absolutely horrendous being back the chairs of you've not got enough room to facilitate for the disability people. Poor support for attendees who felt ill, or passed out due to the heat. Myself and friends had to assist when no one came twice, then one young lady came asking if they could walk. She left and never came back, then the other workers declined to assist which to me again neglect on every level fix up. Door staff where rude and abusive their role, I'm sure this wasn't what they was paid for on the day. Declining food to be brought on site was ridiculous, you definitely didn't take on board for people who are diabetes that can't queue for that length of time. Hopefully you'll take in consideration and go back to how it was, instead of enforcing ridiculous rules to adere to. As a member of the public we pay good money to see artist without restrictions.”

“I have the app and wanted to book Zimbabwe Heritage Festival but I could not find the event. 1st thing that comes to mind is fraud, someone using your name to advertise events that have nothing to do with you,”

Skiddle are a self-service website that allows event organisers to list and sell tickets with us. We also have a what's-on guide which means that we may have an event listed, but not sell tickets for that event. “The event was amazing however security were disgraceful. Extremely rude, I work in events myself and would be utterly disgusted if they acted like this at my event. They were aggressive and so unprofessional. The female at the end of the night had issues, she was so aggressive and it actually felt like she was going to cause a fight, I’ve never known anything like it. So unprofessional it was actually embarrassing. She was personal and insulting, she is absolutely in the wrong job and If I was her employer she would no longer have a job, not right and not acceptable in this world. Overall great night but sorry to see security let you down.”
