“Everything great except I have to dowmload an app or go print the tikets... Why i cant just be sent the qr code without the app?”

Hi Laura, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

“It took 5 attempts to book my tickets. Each time. I had to check that they hadn't taken any money before starting again. It felt like i was being scammed.”
