“Tried to checkout as a guest still had to give all my details over so will probably get loads of unwanted emails txt messages and phone calls now”

“Everything great except I have to dowmload an app or go print the tikets... Why i cant just be sent the qr code without the app?”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team
