Generally easy to book, but I did champagne original booking for a different date, I received a credit for my original booking fee to use on the new booking but unfortunately didn't see the prompt to use it at the checkout therefore I have paid it again

Please ensure you are logged into the account which the credit was issued on. Your booking fee credit remains valid for 12 months once issued, so you can use this towards future Skiddle orders. First time I booked with Skiddle as its the first time I've heard of them, but I got my tickets for an event for next year looking forward to receiving my QR codes and looking forward to the event that I got at an early bird price very happy customer will recommend 😀

No fuss. Simple process. Not sure why it costs 75p to have a QR code, but maybe that's not Skiddle's doing

Hi Steve, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. We need to be able to read reviews before booming tickets!!! The was a joke walks in to the monster trucks event expected a fair atmosphere there was 2 rides hook a duck some chemical toilets and a pizza van and a burger van, 10£ per person to have a 1 minute ride on. We left before the show started.as we got there early and our son had been on every twice and wasn't going to sit and wait an hour. We thought it was an inside event I was freezing. All in all very disappointed

It was easy to find event, order tickets and pay on the website. However I wanted to find out if children had to pay full price or free but didn't state that.I had to email but got no reply.
