“Straightforward and easy to use. Booked tickets on line with no problems. However, I thought the administration charge of £7 (can't remember exact amout) is expensive and would put me off using the service again. No queries so didn't need to contact the company.”

Hi Ruth, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

“Skiffle seem to be one of the easiest ticket sellers to deal with however I would still one day like to be able to pay just the face value ticket price. I am sick to death of fees fees fees but ais Skiddle are by no means the worse.”

“I booked my tickets then it closed the app and then when I went back in I had to purchase 2nd release tickets which confused me.”

“Generally easy to book, but I did champagne original booking for a different date, I received a credit for my original booking fee to use on the new booking but unfortunately didn't see the prompt to use it at the checkout therefore I have paid it again”

Please ensure you are logged into the account which the credit was issued on. Your booking fee credit remains valid for 12 months once issued, so you can use this towards future Skiddle orders.
