“I preferred it when you could simply pay and have an actual ticket sent to you. Unfortunately those days seem to have gone. That said, the service was fairly easy to use.”

Hi there, Thank you for leaving a review. Skiddle offers a posted ticket service, however, it is ultimately down to the event organiser whether they want their tickets to be posted or e-tickets. If you still want to have the nostalgic feel of a physical ticket, feel free to download your ticket as a PDF and print this off! Hi There, Thank you for your feedback we are glad to hear you find our site easy to use. In regards to additional fees, refund protection gives you the option to add the protection, or complete your order without. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This goes for the same as processing fees. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. However, we can understand that you'd like to pay as little as you can for your event tickets so we always aim to keep our fees to a minimum. MW Skiddle Customer Support Team
