“Easy to use, very quick. Just not sure of all the extra hidden costs ie: cancellation, whats up notifications etc”

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback we are glad to hear you find our site easy to use. In regards to additional fees, refund protection gives you the option to add the protection, or complete your order without. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. This goes for the same as processing fees. As you can appreciate without charging a fee we, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to operate. However, we can understand that you'd like to pay as little as you can for your event tickets so we always aim to keep our fees to a minimum. MW Skiddle Customer Support Team

“I was quite surprised when I logged on at 9am to find 1,200 people ahead of me. Luckily I waited 10mins to purchased our tickets lost out to the 1st early bird tickets!”
