“Was good but could only order 8 tickets at a time”

“The whole booking of tickets experience expires to quickly. Having to rush to record our details could easily lead to mistakes. 7 minutes is to short a time.”

“With tickets harder to get hold of Skiddle is a genuine place to know your tickets will be safe and secure it takes a bit of time to download and print but you know that with scams on the increase you can feel in good hands.”

“Small fee for booking added on makes the website a bit sketchy to book. No morals”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. “All great apart from charge to have your ticket available on the app to scan. I don't agree that's fair. Other than that great to navigate, easy booking and great you can search events by venue as well as artist.”
