“Generally good, fairly easy to use. The mainflaws were presenting only login and guest links; when under pressure to buy the ticket before it times out, it's bad to have to either download the app and create an account there first, or use a guest checkout that doesn't explicitly say (you can create an account from this transaction afterwards). I also had to hunt on Google to find out what kind of tickets are used (e, app, paper) when it should have been a link right there on the order page as it is very important.”

“I bout tickets for what was advertised as over 40s club and when we got there it was a totally different night Dnb which was not our kind of music and atmosphere I would like a refund as we left straight away”

“Great when using the app. When I input the exact same credentials (user email and password) on the web site, I get rejected! Is it just me, or is this a common problem, because logically my credentials should work on both platforms? Explain.”

“London Ska and Reggae Festival very disappointed the worse festival I’ve ever been to To start with I was told to tip my water away even tho it’s sealed I explained I need it for taking my medications and showed proof of disability. Then I had to wait 2hrs for fresh drinking water in the 29° . The bar didn’t never had any beer I was told for for hours. The first act was running over 2 hours late. The sound and lighting was very bad and when it got dark you couldn’t see the acts on stage maxi Priest had to apologise for how bad the event organises. To top it off my carer was not not aloud entry as they close the gate at 19.15 as they got stuck in traffic. The gate closing was not advertised or on the ticket also another of my friends was rushed entry to the gate closed early. I felt discriminated against my disabilities and rights, security guard even told me they are a sen worker but didn’t care even tho I was close to melt down. For there disgusting behaviour.”
